With Winair's flexible payment option, you can book your flight today and pay over time instead of all at once.

Here's how it works:
• Confirm any flight at least 60 days ahead to qualify, then spread the cost across installments on a schedule that works for you.
• Your final payment is simply due 30 days before departure.

Winair’s Flexible Payment Option allows eligible customers to book their flights today and pay over time through convenient installment payments, instead of paying the full amount upfront.

This option makes it easier to plan and secure your trip while spreading the cost over a schedule that works for you. All payments are completed before your travel date.
When booking an eligible flight on winair.sx, you can choose the Flexible Payment Option during checkout.

You will be able to:
• Secure your reservation with an initial payment.
• Choose a payment schedule that fits your budget.
• Pay the remaining balance through convenient installments.
• Complete all payments before your departure date.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive your flight confirmation and payment plan details.

Payment errors may occur for several reasons, including:
• Incorrect card information.
• Insufficient funds or available credit.

• International transaction restrictions imposed by your bank.

If the issue persists, please contact your bank or the payment plan support team for assistance.
Yes. You may purchase a ticket and select the Flexible Payment Option for another traveler.
Please ensure the traveler’s contact information is entered correctly, as they will receive booking-related notifications and updates.
After your booking is confirmed:
• You will receive a confirmation email.
• Your payment schedule will be provided.
• Payment reminders will be sent before upcoming installments.
• Scheduled payments will automatically be processed using your selected payment method.

All payment plans are designed to be completed before travel.
If an installment payment is missed, reminder notifications will be sent.
Failure to complete required payments within the applicable grace period may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Please note that refunds for previously paid installments may be subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Yes. You may make additional payments or pay off your remaining balance at any time through the payment management portal.
Early payment may allow you to request booking changes sooner, subject to Winair fare rules and policies.

through the payment management portal provided in your booking confirmation email.
Flight changes may be requested once the payment plan has been completed or paid in full early.
All changes remain subject to the fare rules and conditions associated with your ticket.
Yes. Cancellation requests may be submitted to Winair Reservations.
Refund eligibility will depend on the fare conditions associated with your booking and Winair’s applicable policies.
Yes. Baggage and seat selections added during the booking process can be included as part of your installment plan.
Additional services purchased after the booking has been completed must be paid directly through Winair and cannot be added to an existing payment plan.
Your payment plan includes:
• An initial payment at the time of booking.
• Scheduled installment payments based on your selected payment schedule.
• Full completion of all payments before departure.
If Winair cancels your flight and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to Winair’s refund policy.
Please allow up to 21 days for refunds to be reflected on your original payment method.
A service fee may apply when selecting the Flexible Payment Option.
