Winair and the Government of Montserrat have signed a three-year agreement for scheduled air transportation between St. Maarten (SXM) and Montserrat (MNI).

Under the agreement, Winair will operate a minimum of three flights per week using its Twin Otter aircraft. The agreement will remain in effect through September 30, 2029, and includes annual reviews to support continued operational and administrative alignment.

The service forms part of the Government of Montserrat’s three-year Access Strategy, which identifies air transport between St. Maarten and Montserrat as an important part of a reliable and resilient transportation network. The agreement establishes a long-term framework for maintaining essential connectivity for residents, visitors, businesses and government travel.

“Reliable air access is vital to Montserrat and to the wider Caribbean region,” said Hans van de Velde, Chief Executive Officer of Winair. “We value the confidence placed in Winair by the Government of Montserrat and look forward to supporting the island’s communities, tourism and economic activity through dependable regional connectivity.”

Flight schedules and booking availability will be published through Winair’s official sales channels. Passengers can view available flights and make reservations at winair.sx.
